Hello there!
I've decided to share the excel document that i'm using to monitor my diet, for free!
I think that's it not THAT complex so, please use it and if you find it useful, spreak the link so that this blog may be found useful by other people.
It has been created with excel 2003, so if you need older versions, leave me a comment here and i'll see what i can do.
